Delivery & Returns
We aim to post orders within 2-3 weeks. All parcels are sent via Second Class Royal Mail and we can provide you with Proof of Postage, should you request it.
Please note that custom options may take a little longer.
If you need your order by a certain date, please pop a note in the box at the checkout, or contact us first and we will see what we can do!
You can return items 1 month from when your order is shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive back with us unworn and in the original condition and packaging that you received it in. You will need to include a note with your return and let us know your name, address, order number, and explain which item and size that you are exchanging your order for.

You will need to cover the cost of the postage to be sent back to us and we recommend sending this via Recorded Royal Mail - Unrecorded parcels will be sent at your own risk. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is back with us, we will inspect the item and if it is eligible for an exchange, we will begin making up your new item and post it out once it is ready. As per our delivery info above, this can take 2-3 weeks however please let us know on your returns note if it is needed by a certain date and we promise we will try our best!
If your item arrives damaged or marked, please let us know and we will be happy to fix this for you (of course at no extra cost).
