You can return items for an exchange or store credit 1 month from when your order is shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive back with us unworn and in the original condition and packaging that you received it in. You will need to include a note with your return and let us know your name, address, order number, and explain which item and size that you are exchanging your order for. We're really sorry but we can't accept returns for custom items, or orders with slight amends as we are not able to sell these on.

You will need to cover the cost of the postage to be sent back to us and we recommend sending this via Recorded Royal Mail, or ask for Proof of Postage - Unrecorded parcels will be sent at your own risk. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is back with us, we will inspect the item and if it is eligible for an exchange, we will send you store credit over e-mail, or create a new order for you with a 100% discount code so that you can be kept up to date with shipments, you will need to pay the postage for this. We will then begin making up your new item and post it out once it is ready. As per our delivery info above, this can take 4 weeks however please let us know on your returns note if it is needed by a certain date and we promise we will try our best!
If your item arrives damaged or marked, please let us know and we will be happy to fix this for you (of course at no extra cost).
We're really sorry however due to us making each item to order, we can't accept refunds.
Unfortunatley we cannot accept returns on Sale, Market Night, or Custom items.
