As all items are made to order, we will always aim to post orders within the timeframe as quoted on your confirmation e-mail. This is usually 3 (ish) weeks unless stated otherwise. All parcels are sent via Second Class Royal Mail and we can provide you with Proof of Postage, should you request it.
Please note that custom options may take a little longer.

We're sure you will probably agree that extra postage charges can add up for us and can harm our little business. The charge for postage for re-sending out parcels has to come out of our own pocket. Therefore if a parcel arrives back at our return address and the reason is because it wasn't collected from the sorting office in time; We will send you an invoice to cover the re-delivery charge.
UK addresses: Please note, if your parcel is taking more than a couple of weeks to arrive - It's likely with your sorting office. Please contact us so we can investigate, and prevent parcels being returned to us.
Customs Charges for Overseas Orders.
It is sometimes possible for customs charges to be applied to your order if you are ordering from a country outside of the UK. Sadly this is completely out of our control so if a customs charge is refused by the buyer and returned to us; We will only be able to provide a refund minus the cost of postage and 50% of the order value. If you would prefer the order to be sent back to you, you will need to re-pay for postage. We hope you can understand why we have put this rule in place as a made-to-order brand.
